We are based at Mrs Dowson’s Farm Park in Clayton-le-Dale in Lancashire.
Don’t worry about the wet weather, as well as our grassy trails, we have an all weather trail for the muddy months of the year! During the open season, why not take the time to visit the farm park and try Mrs Dowson’s ice cream?
We have one of the best venues, so what about the dogs? All of our dogs race canicross (cross country running with dogs), scooter, bikejor, dryland mushing rig (and occasionally sled!).
However, one thing makes our dogs different to the majority of other experiences of this kind….. All of our dogs are rescue dogs! They started out as other people’s unwanted dogs who not only have this great lifestyle doing what they were bred for, but the whole pack live at home as pets too.
We are also hired for events at tourist attractions etc. Our clients include Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Great North Museum Hancock, Stockeld Park and Botany Bay.
On Saturday 30th January 2016, Run With the Pack will be at the Great North Museum Hancock in Newcastle as part of the launch of their Polar Explorers exhibition.
There will be talks, demonstrations and of course, you can meet our dogs!

Please note: Our dogs come from established sled dog rescue organisations. We are not a rescue ourselves and do not take in dogs direct from the public.
